Skip-a-Payment* – Our regular skip program allows one month of qualifying loan payments to be skipped.
SPECIAL! We Care Skip** – In addition to our regular Skip-a-Payment program, this exclusive triple skip opportunity is available for government employees who are furloughed or laid off. We Care Skip-a-Pay**
At Visions, we put people first. We want to provide some relief for our members who may be furloughed or laid off federal government employees. We recognize the stress and uncertainty this can cause and that’s why we’re offering the We Care Skip-a-Pay program.
If you're struggling with making your loan payments, you can skip up to three consecutive monthly payments – penalty free!
To submit a We Care Skip request form, please stop by your local branch or call our Contact Center at 800.242.2120.

**We Care Skip-a-Payment: For best results, please verify eligibility with a Visions Federal Credit Union representative prior to submitting your Skip-A-Pay form. Must be a furloughed or laid off federal government employee to qualify. Two skip-a-payment maximum in 12-month period policy waived for this program. El primer pago del préstamo no se puede omitir.
