Binghamton, NY – Visions Federal Credit Union se convirtió en el patrocinador de la taquilla para el equipo de béisbol Binghamton Rumble Ponies a principios de este año, parte de un esfuerzo local para mantener los deportes profesionales en Broome County.

Los Binghamton Rumble Ponies corrían el riesgo de perder su afiliación de la liga menor de béisbol con los New York Mets y su patrocinador de estadio, circunstancias que podrían haber puesto fin al béisbol profesional en el Southern Tier. En una asociación estratégica y una colaboración continua con Mirabito Energy Products, Visions se postuló como patrocinador de la taquilla en el recientemente nombrado Mirabito Stadium, y Binghamton pudo quedarse con los Rumble Ponies.

"Professional teams like the Rumble Ponies and Black Bears provide a fun family environment in Binghamton and make this a great place to live," said Visions President/CEO, Tyrone Muse. "Local companies like us and Mirabito, we want to make sure our great grandkids get to enjoy these experiences, too."

    In efforts driven by Visions employees, this year’s campaign (November and December 2023) benefitted more than 13 community organizations throughout their three-state footprint in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. The award presentation noted that Muse’s leadership, characterized by positivity and encouragement, has significantly contributed to the economic development of the Southern Tier and that his active participation on numerous community boards and advisory councils nationwide further exemplifies his commitment to the community.

  • Visions Contributes to Creation of Future Fund

    Visions Federal Credit Union’s President/CEO Ty Muse joined credit union industry leaders and representatives of the African-American Credit Union Coalition (AACUC) during the African American Credit Union Hall of Fame event at the Governmental Affairs Conference in Washington, DC, where they were thrilled to announce the creation of the AACUC’s Future Fund. Visions is one of nine initial investors in the new Future Fund and Muse is proud to serve as the founding Chairperson for the initiative.
