What is a Secure Access Code and how do I get one?

You may elect to have the code sent to you using the contact information that is stored in your account; and receive the code via text or by an automated call.

Si la información de su cuenta está desactualizada en nuestros registros, no podrá recibir un código de acceso seguro. Please make sure that your contact information is up-to-date by calling our Contact Center at 800.242.2120 and speaking with a representative.

Once you register a device or browser, you will not be prompted to enter a Secure Access Code again for that device until the registration expires or resets due to digital banking updates, upgrades, or security enhancements.

Cada dispositivo o navegador se debe registrar por separado; es decir, si inicia sesión con Google Chrome y registra ese navegador, la próxima vez que inicie sesión con Internet Explorer, también deberá registrarlo. Además, si inicia sesión a través de un dispositivo móvil, cada dispositivo debe registrarse por separado. 

Additionally, if your browser is set to delete all cookies at the end of each browser session, this will prompt the secure access code each time. Procure verificar la configuración de su navegador; las cookies de origen y de terceros deben estar habilitadas.

  • Si usa un navegador Safari, también debe asegurarse de que la configuración "Prevenir el seguimiento entre sitios" esté desactivada.  This should be in the same settings section as the Cookies
  • If you are using Firefox, be sure that your Tracking Protection under Privacy and Security is not set at "Always"
  • If you have anti-virus software in place such as ESET, there are security settings within that to “trust” our website so that the cookie can be set
